Centinel Spine has made available a shortened video (23 minutes) from the NASS 2023 Surgical Stadium event highlighting the new prodisc Match-the-Disc™ cervical TDR system.
The prodisc Match-the-Disc™ cervical system was featured at Centinel Spine’s “Surgical Stadium” event held on the NASS exhibit floor on October 18, 2023. The educational program was be led by esteemed faculty Prof. Dr. Rudolf Bertagnoli, Dr. John F. Hall, Dr. Osama Ahmed, and Dr. Ehsan Jazini and demonstrated the value of intraoperative implant optionality through a brief lecture followed by cadaveric surgical implantation with prodisc C Vivo and prodisc C SK.
Dr. John Hall, Orthopedic Spine Surgeon with Flagstaff Bone & Joint, Flagstaff, Arizona, moderated the program and Prof. Dr. Rudolf Bertagnoli, one of the co-inventors of prodisc, added color-commentary to the program by lending his perspective after 25 years of utilizing disc arthroplasty to provide mobility and restore natural function to his patients.
The simple surgical technique and intraoperative benefits to the new cervical prodisc C Vivo and prodisc C SK was highlighted through brief cadaveric demonstrations led by Dr. Ahmed (prodisc C Vivo) and Dr. Jazini (prodisc C SK).
