Centinel Spine recently issued a press release announcing the pending sale of our global Spine Fusion business to Silony Spine, a Swiss-based Spine medical device company. The transaction includes the sale of all products within Centinel Spine’s cervical and lumbar fusion portfolio, including the STALIF® technology platform, which has a proven clinical history of over 30 years and over 100,000 devices implanted. The transaction allows Centinel Spine to increase our focus on total disc replacement and expand our leadership and innovation in this rapidly growing market.
Centinel Spine is coming off a worldwide record first-half 2023 in its prodisc Total Disc Replacement (TDR) business, primarily driven by strong global commercial traction in its lumbar prodisc TDR technology and continued strong U.S. adoption of the company’s new prodisc C Vivo and prodisc C SK cervical TDR system. Our vision is to continue our strong focus on total disc replacement growth and adoption around the Globe. We will continue to make important investments in Total Disc Replacement initiatives, resources, and education to ensure the success of our distributor partners.
The Centinel Spine team is committed to improving patient care in all we do. Please let us know how we can better serve you as we move forward.
Best Regards,
